There have been many studies done on what works for businesses on Facebook – Brands who include pictures get 180% to 120% more engagement than links or status updates (and this is according to Facebook’s internal data) – and yet most businesses who use Facebook to connect with their customers STILL post links to their own websites or text status updates.
